Overview

Experimental: built on @shadcn/react, not react-aria-components — upstream hasn't ported it to the aria base yet, and @shadcn/react is still pre-1.0.

Installation

    Register the @fma-ds namespace in components.json (once)

    Add the item

    pnpm dlx shadcn@latest add @fma-ds/questionnaire

    Files land in components/fma-ds/questionnaire.tsx; npm and registry dependencies are installed along with them.
